Just letting you know that I'll be using a Captcha for comments for the next little while (those things that ask you for alphabet / number verification when a comment is posted) .. I know, they're a total drag, but I've been getting slammed with spam comments and really would like for it to stop before I end up pulling out my hair with annoyance!!

I have just stumbled across your blog and it is great :) I have also just started running with astma and doing pilates. I find so many health blogs are smug and unrealistic but yours seems just right :)
ReplyDeleteShame about the CAPTCHA for your other readers but it won't bother me, I am using CAPTCHA bypass software because i just can't read the things! Its called rumola and there is a free trial at skipinput.com if you're interested!
